Blackrock Casino staff were wrapped up in the spirit of Christmas as 2014 drew to a close. The team launched a campaign in an effort to make a difference in the lives of abused and abandoned tiny tots.

Blackrock Casino staff were wrapped up in the spirit of Christmas as 2014 drew to a close. The team launched a campaign in an effort to make a difference in the lives of abused and abandoned tiny tots.
“Blackrock staff were asked to bring toys, clothes and shoes which they no longer needed that were still in good condition,” said Blackrock Casino Marketing Manager, Veneshrie Chetty. “We collected more than 100 items and donated them to Morester Children’s Home, a non-profit organisation in Newcastle, on Friday, December 12.”
When it came time to deliver the items, the staff spent time interacting and playing with the children at the orphanage.
What better way to spread Christmas cheer than putting a smile on the faces of those left to fend for themselves?
