A Miss Colita Pageant and Talent Show took place at the Forderville Hall on Thursday, December 18. The organiser Siyabonga Msomi made the call for entrants and 20 Miss Colita hopefuls and two groups that participated in the talent show segment heeded this call.

The show was described as ‘exhilarating’ by the organiser who congratulated all the participants and added that the performances were outstanding. Winners of the Ms Colita senior category – Queen Tamycei Rolls, First Princess Tamera Maharaj and Second Princess Sindiswa Hadebe. The junior category winners are Queen – Thandeka Sokhela, First Princess Reanne Trollip and Second Princes Janette Jacobs.

B-Boys from Emabhalonini and CMS from Loskop took part in the Talent Show. “I would like to thank Ward Four Councillor Ugan Chetty for his contribution and Mr Raymond Trollip. “Their contributions made this pageant a success,” concluded Mr Msomi.
