Newcastle’s guardians visit NSPS

The Protection Services team paid Newcastle Senior Primary School a special visit on March 30.

An eager group junior primary pupils, accompanied by teachers and traffic officials, made their way to the field opposite Newcastle Provincial Hospital.

As part of the exercise, pupils had to abide by the rules of the road or face the ‘long arm of the law’.

Pupils were educated on road safety, firefighting as well as crime prevention.

The highlight of the day was when pupils were doused with fluffy foam. Fortunately, they came prepared.

The school thanked Protection Services for all their hard work and for taking the time to spend the day with them!
