NKZN Jeugkoor het op Donderdagaand, 23 Julie, ‘n konsert in VHS saal gehou.
Die doel van die konsert was om die Jeugkoor te promoveer. Daar word weer oudisies vir die Jeugkoor gedurende September gehou. Die ander kore wat ook opgetree het, was Karnallie, Lucas Meyer, Nuwe Republiek Skool, Vryheid Hoërskool, Landbou en Pionier.
On Monday, July 27, the ‘D6 – Communicator’ was launched. This is a communication system that will enable parents and learners to keep up to date with all the latest events, news and announcements. Parents can even check what important homework their children have. This information can be accessed on cellphones, laptops and PC’s which have internet connection. Parents must ensure that all contact details the school has is the correct information. Please contact the school to update this information. We are looking forward to more efficient communication with both parents and learners via this system.
The headmaster received a letter from Mr A Prinsloo (KZN Platteland Afrigter) commending P Keeve’s rugby skills and general demeanour during the recent National Academy’s rugby week. Well done, Pieter!
Applications for admission to VHS in 2016 opened on July 27 and will close on September 18. Those who want to submit applications are urged to do so as soon as possible. No late applications will be considered.
