BREAKING NEWS: Motorcyclist seriously injured in crash
The motorcyclist was found in a serious, but stable condition.
A motorcyclist was reportedly seriously injured in a collision at the intersection of Marconi Drive and Edison Street.
The motorcycle allegedly collided with a light delivery vehicle. Reports further suggest the motorcyclist is in 30’s.
When ER24 Newcastle paramedics arrived on scene, they found the motorcyclist in a serious, but stable condition.
“He was stabilised on scene and taken to hospital for further care,” said ER24 spokesperson, Jan Henk van Vuuren.
While the exact cause of the collision is unclear at this stage, the matter is currently under investigation.
