All fun and smiles at Night Race

With more than 255 runners taking to the streets of Ladysmith in perfect summer conditions, everyone enjoyed a well-organised race

The LAC had a very successful LAC Flash van Niekerk Night Race and Fun-Run/Walk on Saturday, which attracted runners from as far as Johannesburg and Pretoria.

With more than 255 runners taking to the streets of Ladysmith in perfect summer conditions, everyone enjoyed a well-organised race.

A large field of runners “hit the streets hard”.

Public Safety officers conducted traffic to make sure the runners were safe on the road.

Sharaj Ambulance Services were on patrol to provide medical help if any runners needed any assistance.

Lots of positive and satisfied feedback was received from the participants.

LAC expressed their thanks to each and every person for supporting their event, and especially all the sponsors and water tables. “We, at Ladysmith Athletic Club (LAC), really appreciate your time and effort, and promise to make this event even bigger next year,” explained an LAC spokesperson.
