Mahloni Primary School: A tribute to Mr Masondo

September 25 marked a sad day for Mahloni Primary School as Mr MD Masondo passed away and was subsequently laid to rest on October 3.

Mr Masondo served as an educator at Kwaluthilunye Primary School; Esilweni Primary School and lastly at Mahloni Primary, where he served for 23 years, 12 of which as the Head of Department.

The late Mr Masondo will be remembered for being a hard working, respectful, duty bound straight-talker with a wide range of skills and talents which were instrumental in developing and building up Mahloni Primary School. His organisational skills, administrative abilities and love and compassion will be missed in his absence.

His memory will be held in the hearts and minds of those he taught, those whose lives he touched and blessed in his lifetime.

We have absolutely no doubt that our Lord Jesus has welcomed you home, healed your pain and has said, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”
