Pilots show off their skills in the sky

The KZN Regional Aerobatics Championships is currently taking place at the Ladysmith airfield.

The competition sees each pilot having the opportunity to show off their skills and stunt moves in the air to impress the judges.

Locals made their way to the airfield to watch the talented pilots in action, doing stunts that took the breath away and had everyone gasping in appreciation.

It was quite a sight to see the different coloured planes swooping and weaving in the blue skies above.

Young and old had a great time watching the pilots showing just why they are the ones up there in the sky and everyone else is on the ground to marvel at the daring antics on display.
