BREAKING NEWS: Armed robbers caught red handed

Four suspects were arrested for robbing a business in Allen Street at gun point on November 10.

Five men allegedly entered the store and filled bags with clothing, whereafter they locked their victims in a storeroom before fleeing the scene. 

According to police spokesperson, Captain Shooz Magudulela, the suspects fled on foot, using a trolley to transport stolen clothing and cellphones to the taxi rank.

“Goods valued at R 200 000 were recovered, and a firearm as well,” said Capt. Magudulela.

Allegedly, the suspects are between the ages of 27 and 35, and are expected to appear in court soon.
