VIDEO GALLERY: A defining moment for Rikus
Rikus has been gymming for two years, one of which has been spent hard at work at Vicky's Gym.
Rikus Grovè recently took part in the WFF World Championship Bodybuilding Competition 2015, finishing in an impressive sixth place in the u/23 age group.
Prior to this competition, Rikus also competed in the WFF NABBA National Competition, where he placed sixth in the Top 10 and first in his age group, as well as the WFF NABBA Provincial Competition, where he took first place.
