The Greater Harvest Church International dedicated the church and ordained the senior pastor, Eric Dlomo as Bishop on the weekend of December 4 to 6 at their church in Amajuba Park.
Bishop Dlomo founded the church in 2008. He grew up at the Nkandla village where he matriculated at Ngono High School in 1988 and obtained a Bachelor of Education Honours degree from the University of Zululand.
His passion for humanity saw him steering his academic ship to the shores of the University of KwaZulu-Natal where he furthered his studies in Human Rights in Education. It was during this time he yearned for spiritual enlightenment, and after completing his Human Rights studies, he enrolled with Auckland Park Theological Seminary in 2008, where he graduated with a Diploma in Pentecostal Theology.
On December 4 this year, Bishop Dlomo obtained a Bachelor of Theology from the Trinity International Bible University.
The presiding officers present at the ordination of Bishop Dlomo were M.C Dlomo of the Covenant Fellowship Church International, Bishop G.M.M Mthembu and Bishop Thokozani Thwala.
