Paramedics found the old lady lying on the floor with severe head injuries
An 65-year-old woman is in critical condition after being brutally attacked at her residence in Celosia Avenue.
It is believed that she was attacked by her domestic worker just after 12pm today (Thursday, December 31).
At this stage, it is not known if any valuables were stolen.
Sharaj Ambulance Services responded to the scene and paramedics found the elderly lady lying on the floor with severe head injuries. She was stabilised and transported to La Verna Hospital.
By the time police and emergency services arrived, the domestic worker had fled the scene.
