It’s school time again! Pupils across KwaZulu-Natal headed back to the classroom last Wednesday morning, January 13 for day one of the new academic year and so did those of Project Life.

Project Life learners were feeling excited and a little sad that the holiday ended but their parents were probably breathing a sigh of relief.

The students were welcomed along with two new educators Mr Meyers and Mrs Ramlukan and five new pupils.

The school now houses 25 students and five educators, last year Snethemba Ndlovu and Dharan Hassan were referred to main stream schools.
Project Life is an educational facility that caters for the therapeutic and rehabilitation needs of children who suffer from learning disorders or physical disabilities and now has a set white, black and grey uniform.

School begins at 8am until 2pm, tuition classes start at 1pm until 5pm and adult classes are from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The school currently needs an admin clerk and a FET educator willing to volunteer at the school, for more information contact Desiree Moonsamy on 073 960 2738.
