On Wednesday, January 27, the DHS prefects organised the annual fun filled Colour Festival of boeresport, colour and a gallon of molasses!
This day is arranged in order for learners to get to know each other and for spirit building before the competitive season of athletics and winter sport begins. The Colour Festival was traditionally known by DHS veterans as the Fruit Festival but due to the current economic status of our country and the drought, it was decided to tweak the Festival a little. Learners really enjoyed themselves and the Grade 8s relished the last hurdle of their initiation!
