Vryheid Landbou High School – Back to business at Landbou

On February 9, Landbou received a visit from Agri-Seta. There are some exciting developments so watch this space!

IT HAS again been a busy week at Landbou.

We are hard at work preparing for our winter sport games, upholding our academic standard and looking after our farm.

Mr Slump attended the SAALOV Meeting at Oakdale Agricultural school in the Cape last week. We are looking forward to him ploughing back all the new knowledge he has gained.

On February 9, Landbou received a visit from Agri-Seta. There are some exciting developments so watch this space!

On Wednesday our relay teams participated in the annual relay race at Vryheid High School. Our children did well and carried our name high.

On February 11, the grade 11 AMP learners witnessed how a sheep is vaccinated and inspected by a veterinary surgeon.

We celebrated Valentine in style with the sokkie held on Thursday night. The girls donned their beautiful dresses and the boys looked smart in their outfits. Thank you to the committee for an enjoyable evening.

We pray with the rest of the community for rain. We also want to thank many people in our country who are willing to bring water to Vryheid.
