Sarel Cilliers learners shine on the field

SASA Endumeni Trials
A team of 46 athletes from Sarel Cilliers participated at the SASA Endumeni Trials in Dundee on February 13. They did really well and Sarel is very proud of them. Many have been selected to participate in the Umzinyathi trials on February 27 at Dundee High. On February 10, relay teams were invited to Vryheid. They really enjoyed the challenge and cannot wait for another opportunity to show off their skills. On February 17, the athletics team will be taking part in a competition at Pionier High School in Vryheid. Sarel wishes them all of the best.

 
First rugby team trials
Sarel Cilliers held their first team rugby trials on Friday during a friendly match against Durban High School. They played really well and the school cannot wait to hear the results and meet the new First Team for 2016!

Rugby Day Programme
Sarel Cilliers will be hosting Rugby Day on February 20.

8am – 9:05am: Vaalpark vs Amajuba. 9:15am – 10:20am: Pongola vs Estcourt. 10:30am – 11:35am: Vryheid Landbou vs Voortrekker 2. 11:45am – 12:50pm: Newcastle vs KZN Development. 1pm – 2:05pm: Ferrum vs Greytown. 2:15pm – 3:20pm: Dundee vs Welkom. 3:30pm – 4:35pm: Pionier vs Voortrekker 1. 4:45pm – 5:50pm: Sarel vs Harrismith.

 
B and C fields:
On the B and C fields there are junior (Primary schools, u/14, u/15, u/16 and second teams) matches that will take place the whole day (8am to 4:35pm).
