Multiple car pile-up near Van Reenen
Reports from the scene indicate that six vehicles collided with each other, one of them being an army vehicle and 5 light motor vehicles.
There was total road closure and several people have been injured following a multiple vehicle pile-up on the N3 near Van Reenen.
Reports from the scene indicate that six vehicles collided with each other, one of them being an army vehicle and 5 light motor vehicles.
Four people sustained moderate injuries and one slight injuries.
Emergency services worked together to stabilise the injured. All the injured have been transported to various hospitals in the area for further medical care.
The north and southbound lanes were closed, and traffic is at a standstill. The road has been opened again and the scene has been cleared.
