Ladysmith detectives made three arrests in a housebreaking case on Tuesday evening.
Working as a team, Sergeant MS Mofokeng and Sergeant SC Hlongwane were busy investigating a housebreaking incident that took place in December last year in the Steadville area.
Various items were taken during the incident, including a bar fridge and a microwave oven.
The police officers were successful in arresting three suspects aged 26, 29 and 41.
During the arrests, they recovered a bar fridge and a microwave oven.
The suspects appeared in court yesterday (Wednesday), facing charges of housebreaking and theft.
