St Oswald’s award its top pupils
The school congratulated all its top achievers.
St Oswald’s Secondary School held its Annual Achiever Awards at the Town Hall on January 29. Top achievers for 2015 were honoured for sport and academic distinctions.
Top pupils for the evening were as follows:
– Andile Ndlovu received the Most Promising Learner Award in Grade 12. He obtained distinctions in Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Science, Isizulu (FAL) and Geography.
– Bongiwe Dlamini was the top pupil in Grade 9. She received distinctions in English (HL), Afrikaans (FAL), Mathematics, EMS, Technology and Life Orientation.
– Lebogang Moteka received the award for outstanding performance in Netball. She is seen receiving her award from Dr. N. Singh.
– Simisha Premlal obtained distinctions in English (HL), Visual Arts, Tourism and Life Orientation.
– Teshmika Hiralal was the dux pupil in the St Oswald’s matric class of 2015. She received distinctions in English (HL), Afrikaans(FAL), Mathematics, Accounting, Life science and Life Orientation. She was accepted to study Actuarial Science at WITS University.
