Results of monthly competitions are as follows: February competition fished at Klipfontein Dam on February 21: 11 anglers participated, 98 fish weighed in at 119 kg. Seniors: First – A Pullen 367.81 points, second – Willem Van Rensburg 329.62 points, third – Cyprian Mdunge 312.65 points. Cyprian won the pooled prize with the biggest carp of 3,8 kg. Juniors: First Nicole Duval 197,97 points 98 fish were weighed in. Total weight 119 kg. March competition fished at Verdruk dam on March 20. 12 anglers participated, 26 fish weighed in at 33.084 kg. Seniors: First – Hannes Kleinhans 172.61 points, second – Pierre Duval 58.48 points and third – Derek Nuss 50.34 points.
Juniors: First – Nicole Duval 91.16 points, second – Kelvin Kleinhans 63.71 points and third – Jacobus Saayman 19.05 points. Penkoppe: First – Deegan Nuss 105.52 points. Deegan won the pooled prize with the biggest barbel of 4,444 kg. Second Charlotte Duval 29.32 points. Well done to all these anglers!
