Bergville SAPS were the recipients of an award which was handed to them during the KZN MEC’s Community & Police Service Excellence Awards held on February 29 in Durban.
KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport, Community Safety & Liaison Willies Mchunu hosted the event.
In the category for medium-sized police stations, Bergville SAPS received a gold award for ‘Best Station in KZN’ and a bronze award for ‘Best Detective Branch in KZN’.
