Black refuse bags lying on the pavement day after day has been a common sight in Estcourt as the refuse removal service delay continues.

In some areas, the refuse bags were left uncollected throughout the weekend. Residents took to social media to complain about the late removal, some commenting about the poor service delivery from Umtshezi Municipality.

Residents also kept an eye out for the van collecting refuse and passed on the information via Facebook.
