Amiel Laloo receives KZNCSSA colours for swimming
Congratulations, Amiel!
2016 was the first year that KZNCSSA permitted the u/7 to u/9 age groups to participate in a provincial gala. Amiel Laloo attended the KZNCSSA swimming gala in Durban on 20 February 2016 with pleasing results.
Amiel was selected as one of the top 3 KZN swimmers, in the u/7 to u/9 category, resulting in him receiving his KZNCSSA colours for swimming!

Glenwood Christian Academy sport day.
On Saturday 16 April 2016, Ichthus had the privilege of hosting Mr Rory Mullér and the u/13 boys from Glenwood Christian Academy, Durban.
In preparation for the KZNCSSA winter sports both Ichthus and Glenwood battled it out on the hockey, soccer and volleyball fields. Both teams showed great sportsmanship on the hockey and soccer field and with a nail biting volleyball match, after 3 sets, Ichthus took the gold!
The results of the weekend were as follows:
Hockey: Ichthus 2 – 0 Glenwood
Soccer: Ichthus 0 – 3 Glenwood
Volleyball: Ichthus 2 – 1 Glenwood
The Ichthus hockey, netball, soccer, volleyball and touch rugby teams, as well as cross country runners, look forward to competing in the KZNCSSA winter sports tournament which will be held on 20 and 21 May in Durban.
