5 vehicle’s collide in Albert Street
This drove him into a mini bus taxi and two other vehicles smashing into each others rear end
On a busy Friday of July 15, five vehicles collided in Albert Street. The crash was reported to emergency services at 12pm.
The exact cause is unknown at this point, but the driver explained to on scene traffic officers that the steering wheel had locked, steering him in the direction it was locked in, with his brakes not taking effect.
This drove him into a mini bus taxi and three other vehicles smashing into each others rear end. Fortunately no one was injured.
The road side is packed with puzzled onlookers and passengers who existed the taxi.The driver of vehicle one was checked by paramedics.
Local traffic police are currently clearing the scene.
