Oliviershoek Pass on the R74 between Bergville and Harrismith is currently experiencing blizzard-like conditions, with heavy snow falling.

The road has been closed at Langkloof and just past Bergville approaching Oliviershoek Pass.

The R617 near Underberg is also closed.

There is currently no snow falling at Van Reenen’s Pass.
