Senior executives quit Buffalo Coal

There have been more changes at Buffalo Coal – one of the biggest private company employees in the district.
The company has announced the resignation of two top officials – Malcolm Campbell as Chief Executive Officer and Sarah Williams as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Craig Wiggill, Chairman, commented from London: “We regret that two members of senior management have decided to leave the company, but will ensure that the necessary plans are put in place to effect a smooth transition.” Mr. Campbell and Ms. Williams will continue in their current roles for a period of three months to facilitate the implementation of an orderly succession plan, and further details inthis regard will be announced in due course.
