A suspect that was on a run for abduction, assault cases and rape cases has been arrested at Driefontein.
Police received a tip off from the pubic on Wednesday August 3 which led to the arrest.
The suspect appeared in the Magistrate Court in Weenen yesterday (Friday) on charges of rape and abduction.
