Motivating leaders to make a difference

Having returned recently from his eighth trip to Europe and the United Kingdom, Mr Allen has again left an impression with his interactive talks on managing stress

If you’ve ever attended a talk hosted by David Allen, you would know that it is informative, inspiring and sometimes peppered with magic. That is probably why he is a sought-after international motivational speaker who is affiliated to an award winning international training programme, Village Camps.

Having returned recently from his eighth trip to Europe and the United Kingdom, Mr Allen has again left an impression with his interactive talks on managing stress, time management, making a good impression in 30 seconds and self-defence.

At the end of June, Mr Allen left for Switzerland where he worked with the Swiss police, sharpening their existing skills and teaching them some techniques from South Africa. After that it was off to York in England for two weeks and thereafter another fortnight in Leysin, Switzerland.

Here he rubbed shoulders with guest speakers from around the world. Mr Allen’s motivational talks were well-received by high-powered Chief Executive Officers, as it was lapped up by the young and eager minds of the teenagers who attended the camp.

“The feedback I received was that they loved it. The information is very practical and can be applied at school and in the corporate world,” added Mr Allen.

A feeling of making a difference in the lives of others is what prompts him to return to Village Camps each year and Mr Allen has been invited to the United States of America to host motivational talks in Louisiana and Boston in 2017.
