Fire destroys desks and chairs at school
It took firefighters about an hour to extinguish the blaze
A ‘container’ at Sidingulwazi Primary School in Umbulwane was completely destroyed in a fire this morning (October 28).
Firefighters rushed to the scene to extinguish the fast-spreading flames.
School desks, chairs, stationery and books that were being stored in the container were all destroyed in the blaze.
It took firefighters about an hour to put out the fire.
No one was injured.
