District Municipality also targeted by bomb threats

It has been a manic Monday for sure.

As the Department of Health was evacuated following a bomb scare, Umzinyathi District Municipality also received a threat of a bomb on the premises.

Staff were evacuated and later sent home after they received a call to say that there was a bomb at the building.

Police conducted a sweep but found no explosives.
