Investigations continue into a shooting over the weekend which claimed the life of Felamandla Mkhize.
Mr Mkhize was a former NFP councillor who served as Deputy Mayor at Umzinyathi District Municipality.

He was shot numerous times in his vehicle on the Dundee/ Greytown road.
He was rushed to hospital where he later died.
The motive for the killing is unknown at this stage.
Mr Mkhize made headlines in 2014 when he faced charges for the murder of Nquthu Councillor, IT Nhlebela.
The charges were later dropped.
