Due to its stomach not being used to food, the dog immediately vomited up all the food and water it had been given

A crossbreed dog had to be put down on Saturday morning (February 25) due to the terrible condition it was in.

Annamaie Koen from the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) found the dog in the bush in Kandahar Avenue on the Saturday morning.

One of the dog’s legs was broken, it was starving and appeared to have been left for dead.

When it arrived at the Animal Anti-Cruelty League, it was starving and incredibly dehydrated. Annamarie immediately gave the poor animal food and water. The dog was so hungry that it wolfed down the food.
