Sarel Cilliers learners excel in SA Mathematics Olympiad

Twenty-nine learners from a total entry of forty-one have progressed to the second round of the South African Mathematics Olympiad which will be written in May. This is a new school record and indicates that Sarel Cilliers is a school of academic accomplishments too. In 2013 and 2014 the top learner of the district was from Sarel Cilliers High. The school wishes all the learners the best for round two. The top 100 in the country will participate in round three in September.

Love is in the air
Congratulations to Ms Kriel, now Mrs van Zuydam, who got married on Friday, as well as Ms van Tonder, now Mrs Slabbert, who was married a couple of weeks ago. Sarel wishes you both a lifetime of happiness!
