Fun day at Ladysmith Secondary to end the school term

The Lasec learners also performed on stage and gave great performances

Ladysmith Secondary School (Lasec) held a fun open day on Thursday to end off the school term with a blast.

The Transnet Phelophepa Health Care team visited the school during the fun day and gave the learners a talk about cancer and diabetes. The team put on a skit with a comedic side to it, which was thoroughly enjoyed.

The Lasec learners also performed on stage and gave great performances with dance routines and singing duets.

The learners enjoyed getting in on the action during the doughnut eating competition to see who could eat the most during a certain time period.

To end off the day, there was a Colour Festival which was almost the same as the Festival of Colours – Holi. What a great end to the term!
