Municipality brings relief to rural areas

Construction of causeways in various villages in ward 18, ward 2, ward 3 and ward 5 will make it easier for residents in these areas to cross rivers.

During the rainy season, while others are praying for the showers of summer rain, communities in the rural area are bracing themselves for tough times. Among other problems, learners find it difficult to cross rivers to attend classes and motorists get trapped in raging rivers.

This is, however, coming to an end, following the beginning of the construction of causeways in various villages in ward 18, ward 2, ward 3 and ward 5.
