The Weenen Winter Fair is the first event to be held by the newly formed non-profit company, Weenen.org

Weenen.org is a community organisation aiming to boost economic education, small business development and entrepreneurship in Weenen and the surrounding areas.

The organisation has been registered as a non-profit company and it is now in the process of registering as a non-profit organisation with the department of social development.

The Weenen Winter Fair will be held on July 15 at the Farmer’s Hall in Weenen and celebrates the citrus season in Weenen, with fresh farm vegetables and fruit. The family event hopes to be the first of many regular fairs and markets in the area.
