Members of the public are urged to bring their pets for free rabies injections on the following dates:
The State Veterinarian Office of the Amajuba District Department of Agri-Culture will host rabies campaigns in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

August 17:
– Barry Hertzog Park Caltex Garage from 1pm to 5pm
There will also be street to street visits in Barry Hertzog Park, Amajuba Park and Ncandu Park from 9am to 2pm.
August 18:
– Hutten Heights Shopping Centre from 1pm to 5pm
There will also be street to street visits in Hutten Heights, Amiel Park, Aviary Hill and Schuinshoogte from 8am to 2pm.
August 19:
– Farmers Hall from 8am to 2pm.
