Jehova’s Witnesses get ready for Regional Convention

We are confident that all who attend will leave refreshed and will see how to turn to God for strength as recorded in the Bible at Romans 15:5.’

Over 30 000 Jehovah’s Witnesses from all parts of KZN will attend gather at the Moses Mabhida Stadium from September 15-17 for their Regional convention.
The theme for this year’s convention is ‘Don’t Give Up’. The convention will be delivered in English, Isi-Zulu and sign language simultaneously.
Dundee will also be represented at the convention, with a large contingent from the area attending.
Trevor Lee, program overseer for KZN Regional Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses, said that ‘Many today suffer disappointment and feel discouraged. The Bible’s message of hope is the focus of this years Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Bible-based talks, interviews, short videos and a three-part feature film have been prepared to help families learn how to cope with life’s challenges. We are confident that all who attend will leave refreshed and will see how to turn to God for strength as recorded in the Bible at Romans 15:5.’
The convention unites people of all nationalities, and this reflects what Jesus said in John 13:34,35, that this love will be an identifying mark of his disciples.
Admission is free and all are welcome. For a complete program schedule and a video about conventions, visit www.jw.org.
