Driver seriously injured in crash on Ezakheni / Pieters road
The injured driver is currently fighting for his life in hospital
A Toyota Corolla and a VW Golf crashed on the Ezakheni / Pieters road yesterday (September 17).
Details of the crash are unknown at this stage.
It is alleged that the Toyota was travelling towards Ezakheni and the Golf was heading in the opposite direction.
One of the drivers was seriously injured and taken to hospital for further medical treatment.
One other person sustained slight injuries.

A large number of bystanders looked on as paramedics treated the injured.
Public Safety, emergency personnel and towing services responded.
Both vehicles had to be towed away from the scene.
