Warning: Angry protesters block roads in Ezakheni

Parts of Ezakheni C-Section have been blocked off by protesters.

The roads have been blocked by rocks as part of a service delivery protest regarding RDP housing that was promised to the people of the area.

Angry residents say they were promised RDP houses, yet they only got slabs of concrete for the foundation of the houses.

Large rocks are placed in the roads during the night, making travelling in the area difficult.

The protest action started last week and has now entered its second week.

Motorists are urged to be cautious when travelling in Ezakheni C-Section.
