A 26-year-old man was stabbed in the head and arm in Ezakheni. It is believed that the man was stabbed on Thursday (October 12). He was later found lying on the ground at the back of Idamu School in Ezakheni.
Schoolchildren at the back of the school saw the man lying on the ground, and screamed and shouted that he had blood on his face.
Emergency personnel rushed to the scene and assessed the man, finding that he had sustained two stab wounds.

It is believed that the man had been lying on the ground on Thursday and Friday until the children noticed him there. The man was treated on scene by paramedics and then taken to hospital for further medical treatment.
A large crowd of schoolchildren and residents gathered in the area where the man was found.
