Shepstone Place says ‘thank you Estcourt’

Shepstone Place is home to elderly residents and is located in McFarlane Street.

With no government funding, the committee hosts various fundraisers to generate an income. Local residents, businesses and organisations often make welcome donations to the senior citizens at Shepstone Place.

On behalf of the aged grannies, granddads, staff and the committee of Shepstone Place Home for the Aged Debbie Potgieter thanks every individual who has contributed to the smooth running of the home.

Mr Sookraj brought by yummy biscuits for the elderly to enjoy with afternoon tea.

She passes gratitude unto everyone who stuck their hands into their pocket and purses, those who volunteered their time and talents as well all the businesses, organisations and locals who continue to keep in mind the old people at the home.

2017 has seen double the amount of aged sign into Shepstone Place and make it their home.
