A resident from the area tells a reporter from the Estcourt News that this road has been like this for a year. No amount of complaints from residents has moved the hand of local authorities to repair this road.

“We pay our rates; I think it is time for the municipality to also play their part. How are we meant to drive like this daily? This road is damaging our cars and we have to pay the costs,” said the angered resident.
