Mr and Mrs Deonundhan were one of the two couples who got to play a fun game of ‘bouncy ball cricket’.

The second speaker Tanya Lombard, a nursing sister at Estcourt Hospital spoke on the unsettling yet common problem of heartburn. She advised attendees to stay away from certain acidic foods and drinks and to rather choose alternatives that don’t aggravate heartburn.

Tanya Lombard from Estcourt Hospital was one of the guest speakers.

Emanuel Frank offered some spiritual perspectives on the closing chapters of life. He said that we are remembered by the legacy we leave. That we should focus on the eternal and not the temporary and that we should die empty, having given all that’s inside of us.
