#CannibalismCase moves to Pietermaritzburg High Court

The case has been moved to the Pietermaritzburg High Court and the suspects will make their first appearance on November 12

The four remaining #CannibalismCase suspects charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder lined up in the dock at the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court this morning.

The case has been moved to the Pietermaritzburg High Court and the suspects will make their first appearance on November 12 to December 14 for trial.

Legal Aid representative Ms Ngubeni stood in for Ms Hadebe, and confirmed that the suspects will be further  represented Legal Aid and the receipt of the high court date and indictments have been received.

Ms Ngubeni also confirmed that she has received a copy of charges and a summary of the facts of the case.  The suspects will remain in custody without bail until November 12.
