Cllr Warasally says he makes an appeal to the residents of Ladysmith to report anyone who is found dumping illegally and that they can be charged in accordance with the Ladysmith bylaws.

A resident of the street says they have small children in their homes and now with the dumping, it has become a health risk living there.

Cllr Warasally will be taking the matter further with the municipality to have the problem solved.
