UPDATE: Road repair relief in Papkuilsfontein and Colita

Finally last week it was a smooth ride on the road

It comes with great relief for those frequenting the entrance road to Papkuilsfontein that it has finally been resurfaced.

This stretch of road as well as that in Colita was resurfaced a week ago. The road resurfacing project in Papkuilsfontein began in January 2016.

Since then, it has been a long road to service delivery as first hot mix was not available; thereafter Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality cited ‘internal delays’ as the reason for the project’s delay.

Finally last week it was a smooth ride on the road, hopefully this will extend to other parts of this residential area that have deep and growing potholes.
