Indigent consumers reminded to re-apply

Applications can be done in Room 14 at the Lister Clarence Building

Alfred Duma Local Municipality is calling on all indigent consumers to re-apply to be classified as ‘Indigent’.

Applications are done every year and those who were registered as ‘Indigent’ during the previous financial year must ensure that they re-register. Failure to do so may lead to disconnection of services.

There is no deadline; applications are accepted throughout the year.

Applications can be done in Room 14 at the Lister Clarence Building.

Furthermore, if there are any changes in details (including contact details, address, etc), please update this information at the enquiry counter at the Lister Clarence Building. It is vital that all information, especially contact information, be regularly updated in order for the proper channelling of communication to consumers.
