Rajkumar (Roy) and Chandra Sewhurichand Amicka are a testament that love stands the test of time. The couple, aged 73 and 76, respectively celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on December 21.

With a spark in their eyes, they explain that they were introduced when the prospect of an arranged marriage secured their future. Since then, they have never looked back.
Mr and Mrs Sewhurichand Amicka say that the keys to a successful marriage or relationship are trust and faith. The couple are Estcourt residents and have five children, 10 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
