Estcourt Animal Shelter benefits from fundraiser

The support each and every one of you gave is truly appreciated, without you we would struggle to keep afloat

The annual Night Market held last month in aid of the Estcourt Animal Shelter by the Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality raised close to R4 000.

Reyah Bedesi and Noorjehan Shaik from the Tourism Department recently handed over the funds and took the time to visit the fur friends at the kennels.

On behalf of the Estcourt Animal Shelter, Nelson Mabaso said: “To the program directors of the annual Night Market, members of our community and every person who donated, we would like to say thank you for supporting the night market and raising funds towards our organisation. The support each and every one of you gave is truly appreciated, without you we would struggle to keep afloat. This is a tremendous help in assisting the animal shelter to manage the ever-increasing number of animals deposited at our premises.”
